“Finally open! I’ve been waiting for this place to launch and it did not disappoint. The sashimi is incredibly fresh! you can really tell they don’t skimp on the quality of their fish. The nigiri was the highlight for me, the fish-to-rice ratio is spot on and it just melts in your mouth.”

“Amazing experience at Izumi Sushi. Every dish we tried was phenomenal. Huge shoutout to Head Chef Wayne & Chef Eaddy — you can really taste their creativity and craftsmanship in every bite. Love how they subtly infused Taiwanese flavors. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in Colorado.“

“The fish was is incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor – easily some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. The Limoncello Sake was flavorful and smooth with just the right sweetness. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel special! Can’t wait to go back again!”
